Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS| RESCHEDULING| LATE FEES
- No extra guest
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
- Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of total service fee.
- All appointments changes can be made by your confirmation text/email
- No shows will no longer be serviced + charged full service fee.
- Cancellations for the week are post on Instagram stories every MONDAY.
- you have a 10 min grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late. We might need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
